About ACCS:

Cognitive Science is a rapidly growing domain of scientific enquiry in India, comparable to nano-, bio- and information technology. In order to bring this community under one umbrella, the association was formed in the year 2013, few years after the Government of India, through Department of Science and Technology started the Cognitive Science Initiative. In the previous years, the Association met for the annual conference at IIT Kanpur, IIT Gandhinagar, University of Hyderabad and IIT Guwahati, this year the conference comes to the Tourist Destination of India in a big boost to the scientific community working in related areas here.

The Sixth Annual conference of the Association for Cognitive Science in India is slated to be held in the month of December, between 10th and 12th, 2019. This year the conference will be hosted by BITS Pilani, K K Birla Goa Campus. Along with invited talks, we will have paper presentations, poster sessions, symposia etc.
